Golden leaves, crisp mountain air, and the magic of fall set the scene for our Leavenworth retreat. Surrounded by vibrant colors, we spent our days exploring woodland trails, moving mindfully, embracing moments of stillness, and sharing so much laughter along the way. The mountains invited us to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully soak in the richness of the season.

Between Leavenworth's Oktoberfest celebration, nourishing meals shared around the table, and time together on our mats, new friendships formed and meaningful connections deepened. From our heartfelt opening circle to the quiet reflection that followed our cocoa ceremony, we held space for everyone to feel seen, heard, and supported.
